Because your time is valuable, the staff at reset makes every attempt to stay on schedule. And because our time is also valuable, we ask that you give us at least 3 hours notice of appointment cancellations. The full charge of the service booked will be applied to your credit card or deducted from gift certificates that were used as security on appointments when not canceled within this window.

Appointments
It is recommended that you make appointments at least one week in advance. However, feel free to call at any time, as there are occasional last-minute cancellations. Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express is necessary to secure appointments for all spa packages. If you are new to reset, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service treatment(s) to fill out personal and medical information sheets.
*Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled, so that the next client may begin on time.
